1. Your welcome e-mail contains your Renegade email and your temporary password.

2. Please go to outlook.com

3. On the top right-hand side of the screen, click "Sign in".

4. On the sign-in screen, first enter your Renegade email, followed by your temporary password.

5. Microsoft will now have you create a new password of your choice

6. Next, Microsoft will need you to authenticate yourself using a personal cell phone or email.

7. Once you have authenticated yourself, you will be directed to the Outlook dashboard.

8. Please send a test email to your Agent Success Executive as proof you have signed in.
